Yes. Minecraft Paper supports plugins, and modded setups can be configured through the panel. Valheim BepInEx plans support mods as well.
What you can do after your server is live.
You can manage your service from your AuraHost account and open the game panel to handle files, restarts, reinstalls, and other server settings.
Yes. Current service includes retention of the two newest automatic backups through the panel, in addition to any game-side world-only saves.
In most cases, yes. Exact workflow depends on the game and server type, but world and save migration is intended to be manageable through the panel.
That is planned as the platform matures. For now, choosing a plan with a bit of room to grow is the safest option.
